On 07/30/26 I went Lakeland Regional's Lake Mariam clinic. The Nurse, Maria, was borderline rude, had zero bedside manner, and carried a negative and dismissive attitude with her. Everyone else in the clinic was awesome! The receptionists are the best I have encountered in Lakeland Regional bar none. They greet you with a smile, get you checked in, pleasantly answer any questions you may have and say good bye to you with a smile. My Dr, Dr. Adrianno did an excellent job reviewing my chart and setting up a new treatment plan for me. The lab tech was both courteous and efficient. Definitely a 5 star clinic if it were not for Maria.

I am just so total disappointed with LRH right now. My whole family uses these doctors including myself. But my son who is now 22 years old and is having to transition from his pediatrician once he turned 21 has been horrible! After doing research on the physicians at LRH he really wanted to start seeing Dr. Moon who is taking new patients. So starting A YEAR AGO in June he had made a new patient appt. Dr. Moon is busy so a new appt is scheduled 3 to 4 months out. No problem because this is who he wanted to see and he got an appt in Dec. So 2 to 3 weeks away from his appt we get a call that his appt is canceled due to Dr. Moon will not be in the office that day due to be had to goto some medical conference. SO then they said they can reschedule this appt. Well the earliest they could get him in is in another 3 months. So we were disappointed but OK with rescheduling so the new appt was in March. Again a couple weeks away from the appt and they call and cancel again!!! Now it's frustrating and thinking with all of the inconvincing on their end they would get him in ASAP to make up for all of this but no yet again they said they are so sorry but the earliest they can get him

I want to take a moment to recognize my primary care doctor at Lake Miriam in Lakeland Regional Health for the care and compassion she showed me during a very difficult time. I came in post-concussion after experiencing a domestic violence assault, and she took everything seriously from the very beginning. She was extremely thorough in her evaluation, made sure my symptoms were properly documented, and didn’t rush through anything. She took the time to truly listen to what I was experiencing and made sure I felt heard and supported throughout the visit. She also made sure I received an appropriate referral to neurology so I could continue getting the care I needed for my head injury. What meant the most to me was how patient and nonjudgmental she was. I’ve always been afraid of going to doctors because of past experiences where I felt judged, especially regarding my skin conditions like eczema and visible scars. With her, I didn’t feel that at all—just understanding and respect. That kind of care makes a huge difference, especially when you’re already feeling vulnerable. I’m grateful to have a provider who treated me with dignity, took her time, and made sure I left with a clear

They are the best! They take excellent care if you whether your doing labs, seeing a Dr. or going to Urgent Care! Dr. Alexandra VON Lindeman is absolutely outstanding, she's compassionate and never rushes you out.

My honest review of LRH began in January 2025 when I made an appointment for some concerns that I was having. The day before this appointment, I received a call stating that the appointment would be cancelled and the earliest appointment available was 6 months later. No consideration, only “Sorry for the inconvenience.” I arrived at the appointment 6 months later and sat in the patient room for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for the doctor. Finally, the PA came into the room and I discussed my concerns. They stated “I am sure there is nothing wrong with you and the test is too expensive and insurance would not cover it”. As I was leaving the nurses apologized for my wait time stating, “Sorry, there was an emergency and we forgot about you”. My wife was in the waiting room. I told her what had happened as we were leaving. She said if there was an emergency in the office it did not seem like it as nobody was rushing around or doing anything that would indicate a critical situation. After running into multiple issues with waiting and rescheduling, I eventually sought a new physician at Watson Clinic as I was still experiencing health issues not addressed. I was able to get an app
